Our warranty covers manufacture defects on authentic Practk™ products that happen within two years from the order date. This warranty applies regardless of the number of times the product was or wasn’t used. We limit to 1 replacement per item, per order.  

What does it not cover?

  • Product that is lost or stolen
  • Makeup or debris buildup (See our care tips for help!)
  • Abused product

How do I get a replacement?

We make this process super simple! Just send us an email to contact@practk.com and include the following:
  • A photo of the defect (This really helps, a lot!)
  • Your order number or the email + first and last name used to place the order
Once you’ve sent the email, a member of our Practk team will reply letting you know the status within 1 business day. Office hours are Monday – Friday 9AM – 5PM CST.

Last, but not least, if your warranty is accepted, we will then ship your replacement. No need to worry about paying any shipping and handling fees – we take care of that part!

*Keep in mind, we might ask for the item to be returned to our office for a quality control check before sending off your replacement. Please be sure not to toss the item before reaching out to us!
