Q. What currency is your website?

A. US dollars. The exchange rate is dependent upon the method of payment you select. For payments processed through credit card, there may be a conversion fee. For more information regarding exchange rates and conversion fees, we recommend contacting your credit card company or bank directly.

Q. What types of payments are accepted?

A. Practk™ accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as PayPal. If you do not have a credit card or debit card, you can sign up for a free PayPal account here.

Q. Can I change or cancel my order?

A. No, we process and ship so fast that there isn’t time!

Q. How can I change my address?

A. Sorry! Once the order is made, it cannot be modified because of our quick processing time.

Q. How can I track my package?

Q. Does Practk™ ship to my country?

A. We ship worldwide, almost everywhere! Find your country in the dropdown menu at checkout.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. You’re definitely going to want to keep it! If for some reason you don’t, returns can be made within 59 days of the original order date. Original shipping and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Click here for more information.

Q. Does the Palmat™ have a warranty?

A. Yeah, it’s that good! There’s a free 2-year warranty and each original order can be replaced once. Click here for more information.

Q. Where is it made?

A. It’s a team effort. All Practk™ products are designed, tested and checked for quality in the United States. The necessary components used to manufacture Practk™ products come from a variety of specialized sources and are made in China. All Practk™ products are made with the highest-quality ingredients and components, and are hand-checked (by real people!) for quality at our headquarters in Minnesota, USA.

Q. Does it work for both eye and face brushes?

A. Of course! Your favorite brushes of all shapes, sizes and density will be deep cleaned with the Palmat™ textures and it’s fun to do too.

Q. How do you pronounce Practk™?

A. Prac – TICK | Like "practical."

Q. What does Practk™ mean?

A. It’s derived from the word "practical" because each Practk™ product is the solution to an everyday beauty challenge.

Q. Why is it spelled that way?

A. We’re a little quirky and wanted our name to be as unique as our products.
